SurpassSupport.com is customized for you so you will use your own client ID and personal password to login. You can change your password to something easier for you to remember (but not too easy, please) and you never again have to keep track of a special "web user name" and password.

You'll get an automatic email notification anytime there is an update in the status of your support ticket.
